Gala is one of the biggest celebrations during Clark's academic year. The entire student body gathers to watch the performances of up to 30 countries dance on the year's biggest stage.
Every single aspect of the dance is a student created: the choreography, which draws from the dances of the past and the movements of the present; the music, which is also a melting pot of past and present; and the costumes. It is an accomplishment birthed out of hours of grueling private rehearsals, research, and everything.
Since my first year at Clark, I have been photographing Gala. These are my all-time favorite shots from 3 years of the event.
